The Art of Tea is a family run business that began in December 2000 at Salamanca Market. From humble beginnings with just 12 different teas, the Walker family had a vision for a tea market within Tasmania. They expanded the range to more than 80 tea varieties, including green and white tea and herbal infusions. The Art of Tea changed ownership in April 2007 to Samantha and Stephan, also keen to see quality loose leaf tea available all around Tasmania and the mainland.
